2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. It does not cover medical records created when you visit the clinic, which are handled under the clinic’s separate procedures and the applicable health regulations.

3. What we collect

  • Appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred date, and any message you write. Please do not include health or medical information in the form.
  • When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you choose to send us.
  • Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and an online identifier, collected by our analytics provider.
  • Technical data: our web host keeps server logs (for example IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

4. How we use it

  • To reply to your request and confirm your appointment.
  • To keep a record of appointment requests.
  • To protect the website from spam and misuse.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • To meet legal obligations.

5. Legal basis

We process your personal data with your consent: when you tick the privacy checkbox and submit the form, and when you accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” and “Cookies”).

6. Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) are loaded only if you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, they are not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

The appointment form may show a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile). The contact page shows a Google Map, which loads content from Google.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following service providers who may process data on our behalf: our web hosting and email provider, Cloudflare (spam protection on the appointment form), Google (maps, and analytics if you accept), and WhatsApp (if you contact us through it). We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

8. Transfers outside the UAE

9. How long we keep data

Appointment requests are kept for 3 years and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for 2 years.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the website administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@victoriamc.ae. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

12. Children

This website is intended for adults. If you are booking for a child, a parent or guardian should make the request.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
